Instantiations has Windows BuilderPro GUI design software for Eclipse and NetBeans.
This designer is as good if not better than NetBeans Matisse. It also puts Eclipse on par with Netbeans and CodeGear JBuilder in terms of overall GUI development. Another result, Java is now part of at least 3 development IDEs that can vie well with Visual Studio for ease of development while delivering broader functionality and compatibility.
I have been designing some Applets/Apps and the program is quite helpful. However, Instantiations are promising a version with database binding capabilities and inter-conversion between AWT, Swing and SWT GUI frameworks. When that happens I will do a full review.
